Welcome to SignPicks! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SignPicks digital signage platform, including our Android TV application and our web management console at https://signpicks.com.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading the TV application, or accessing our web management console, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
SignPicks provides a cloud-managed smart signage solution allowing users to synchronize images and videos from Google Drive to smart TV displays, control screen power and playback schedules, and broadcast urgent ticker announcements.
3. User Account & Google Integration
- You must sign in with a valid Google Account to access the management console and connect your Google Drive media folders.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and API Policies when linking your Google Drive content.
4. Permitted Use & Content Restrictions
You agree NOT to use SignPicks to display or distribute content that:
- Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
- Contains malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
- Contains explicit pornography, violence, hate speech, or defamatory material.
5. Service Plans & Subscriptions
- Free Tier: SignPicks provides free pairing and management for your first primary TV display.
- Pro Tier (Multi-Device & Live Ticker): Connecting multiple displays (up to 3 TVs) and utilizing real-time ticker overlays requires an active Pro subscription (processed seamlessly via Google Play In-App Billing).
- Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are governed by the Google Play Store subscription management system.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to SignPicks (including software code, branding, logos, and UI designs) are and will remain the exclusive property of SignPicks. You retain all ownership rights to the media files you upload or sync from your Google Drive.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of TV hardware or internet connections.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignPicks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
